How long does it take for me to receive my artwork?
Most orders ship within a few days of purchasing. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for deliveries in North America and 4-6 weeks for international orders to arrive.

Do you offer free delivery in Quebec?
I am currently offering FREE Quebec delivery on all orders with a minimum spend of CAD 90. Affordable Continental U.S. and worldwide shipping are available. Please enquire about the international shipping cost before purchasing, you can contact me at contact(at)sophiebastien.com
Will I get a tracking number?
Once your artwork has been carefully packaged, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it’s been handled by the delivery company. You will be given an estimated delivery date and a tracking number so you can follow your artwork journey on the courier’s website.
Am I going to pay customs fees?
Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. Any additional shipping and customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
What happens if my items get damaged in the post?
so please email me if you receive damaged items and I will do my best to make it right.
Can I come pick up a painting at your studio?
My studio is based in the Laurentians, about an hour north of Montreal, QC, Canada. You’re welcome to come pick up your artwork from my studio with an appointment. Email me at contact(at)sophiebastien.com to book an appointment.
I am worried about the packaging, will it make it safely to my home?
I know that packaging and transportation are major concerns for my collectors, that’s why I’m packing my artworks extremely carefully.
Ships in a sturdy cardboard box
All artworks ship flat in a very sturdy, well-protected cardboard box that is built for shipping art all around the world. I ensure artworks are shipped according to very high standards. I wrap them in custom made bags. The bags are made from a durable metallic foil bubble wrap material with a strong plastic lining which offers a very high level of product protection.
Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from my studio to your home.
Can I return my purchase?
Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges unless the artwork was inaccurately described on the website (size, materials)
My artwork arrived damaged, what shall I do?
If the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
Is it possible to visit your studio?
**Please note that the studio is not open to the public during the pandemic**

How can I purchase your artworks?
I accept any credit cards and paypal, you can also pay in cash if you’re pick up your artwork from my studio.

Do you do commissions?
I am not available for commissions at the moment as I am focusing on upcoming projects.
